Yiorgos Anagnostou is an Associate Professor of Modern Greek and American ethnic studies at The Ohio State University. He has published widely on ethnicity and immigration in various scholarly disciplines, including ethnography, folklore, sociology, diaspora and cultural studies. He is the author of Contours of White Ethnicity: Popular Ethnography and the Making of Usable Pasts in Greek America (Ohio University Press, 2009), and two poetry collections, Diaspora Routes (in Greek, 2012) and Λόγοι Χ Αμερικής (available online, 2014).
